Title: Technical Project Manager

Digital Buildings Technical Centre of Excellence

Mission:

We have a dedicated Domain Specialist Team where you will be responsible for project managing the planning, design, execution, and delivery of projects. This role requires strong project leadership skills and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals, ensure alignment with business objectives, and enhance product quality.

Key responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders to clearly define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resources, and budgets.

• Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to achieve goals.

• Builds/defines with the project team a project management plan based on the Project Management Process (PMP for OCP, CPP for Customer Execution Project)

• Work with the technical teams (Architects, engineers, developers, IT specialists) to manage and coordinate project schedule from conception through to delivery.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project status.

• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proactively resolve issues that may impact project timelines or deliverables.

• Detects the project changes and constraints which impact the project objectives & execution.

Skills and attributes:

• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Strong technical background on Integrated Building Management systems with 5 or more years' experience.

• Experience in budget management and resource allocation.

• Familiarity with software engineering concepts and practices.

• Passionate about learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies.

• A willingness to learn the full Schneider Electric product set, ranging from Power, Data Centres and Building Automation to Industrial Applications and Data Analytics.

• Have a positive attitude.

• Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and customer oriented.

• Ability to work well individually and in a highly collaborative, multi-site team.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Education

• HND/HNC, degree in engineering discipline or equivalent professional experience

• PMP, Agile, or similar project management certification.
