We are currently seeking a dynamic Technical Product Marketing Manager who will be based in our offices, in Brussels, Belgium, and who will lead the promotion of our Primary Switchgear Medium Voltage range in Belgium and in The Netherlands.
As the Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for promoting our product range both internally and externally by leveraging the 5 P's of marketing: Product, Place, Price, Promotion, and People of course. You will play a crucial role in preparing for new product launches and ensuring our customers recognize the added value of our offerings.

What will you do?
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for the Primary Switchgear Medium Voltage range.
- Promote new product launches and drive awareness of our innovative solutions.
- Be our product expert at fairs and in customer meetings and discuss technical details and added value of our offers.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Drive the transition towards promoting related services and digital solutions.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to adapt marketing strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and give technical trainings to our customers.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's or a master's degree, ideally in business engineering or marketing with an engineering specialisation/experience.
- Strong technical background with at least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, product management, or sales support.
- Fluent in French/English or Dutch/English.
- Proven commercial drive and ability to understand complex technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
