Job Title: Supply Chain Operations Leader - Supply Chain, Schneider Electric Utility Scale L.o.B
We are hiring a Supply Chain Operations Leader with a strong background in Electrical & Electronic categories to join Schneider Electric Solar team in Bangalore, India. You will join the Supply Chain team within our SE Solar Utility Scale line of business .
As the Supply Chain Operations Leader based in Bangalore, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our supply chain operations, particularly in relation to our primary factory, BEF, which is responsible for 50% of our spare parts production. You will act as the single point of contact for all factories, driving alignment between production and forecasted demand.

Key Responsibilities:
• Upstream Coordination:
Serve as the main liaison with factory teams, particularly at BEF, to advocate for the interests of our Business Unit (BU).
Collaborate daily with factory teams to ensure production aligns with forecasts, pushing for timely output to meet operational needs.
Interact with suppliers regarding component availability, serving as the first point of contact for end-of-life notifications and last stand buys.
Act as a customer of the Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) process, ensuring that all identified actions are executed effectively.
• Downstream Management:
Coordinate closely with the supply chain order management and planning teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of spare parts.
Conduct regular meetings with country leaders and dispatchers to track deliveries, especially of critical spare parts required for inverter downtime or preventive maintenance campaigns.
Address operational issues related to inventory shortages, long lead times, and inbound/outbound transportation challenges.
• Internal Collaboration:
Be at the center of supply chain execution, coordinating daily with the SIOP leader, order management team (converting Purchase Requests into Purchase Orders), purchasing manager, and country leaders.
Foster a collaborative environment to drive efficiency and effectiveness across the supply chain.
• Reporting:
Report directly to the Supply Chain Leader, contributing to strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
Qualifications
• At least 15 years of experience in supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
• Proven ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• High responsiveness and adaptability to changing demands and circumstances.
• Advanced mastery of Excel for data analysis, reporting, and modeling.
• Excellent critical thinking skills to identify issues and develop strategic solutions.
• KPI-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving performance targets and continuous improvement.
• Very good communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
