The Role: Business Process Analyst (ID: 0095MH)
Overview: The Business Process Analyst is responsible for providing business control-related services, including identifying key process measures and areas for process automation. He/she is responsible for building, testing, deploying and evaluating business process solutions to solve Supply Chain business problems. The Business Process Analyst is the expert in ERP process improvement projects and resolution of issues. He/she will work with various business and technical teams for necessary improvements and changes that will meet the requirements of the future process. The Business Process Analyst is a leader in process simplification and digitization.

The Business Process Analyst is an individual contributor who will report directly to the Senior Business Process Manager and will report functionally to the Supply Chain Process Manager.
What will you do?
• Act as the subject matter expert in the Supply Chain process assigned
• Collaborate with stakeholders, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, Master Data and supporting teams to design, develop or adopt and implement system-based process improvements and controls
• Support the analysis and resolution of system issues raised by end users
• Understand and translate business requirements to functional requirements and provide the functional requirement documentation to be used as a reference for technical work
• Train end users in the use of the system
Who would be successful?
- Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Information Technology or related field
- 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain operations or process improvement preferably related to Contract Manufacturing
- Experienced in designing, developing, deploying and evaluating business processes including process mapping, process documentation, project management and leading change management;
- Fast and independent learner with an ability to quickly learn key elements of a process and its supporting systems and tools
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with the Oracle system is an advantage
- Demonstrates strong leadership skills as shown in the ability to influence others
- Highly motivated and achievement-oriented
- Has effective oral and written communication skills
- Works well in a team environment - respectful of contributions to be made by all and has the desire to learn from others
- Amenable to work in Rosario, Cavite
- Working arrangement: Hybrid set up, 3x a week Onsite and 2x a week Work from Home
