Supplier Enablement Analyst (Temporal)

Job Summary

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing suppliers, ensuring they understand our systems, processes, and expectations. You will work closely with internal teams to create and implement strategies that improve supplier engagement, performance, and overall satisfaction.

What will you do:

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for suppliers, including system integration, process training, and communication.
• Develop and deliver training programs, webinars, and workshops to ensure suppliers are proficient in using our tools and following our procedures.
• Provide ongoing support to suppliers by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and gathering feedback for continuous improvement.

• Track and analyze supplier performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular reports and insights on supplier engagement, compliance, and adoption of digital tools.
• Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and prompt resolution of issues.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and refine best practices, guidelines, and tools that facilitate supplier success.
• Support change management initiatives by helping suppliers adapt to new systems, processes, or regulatory requirements.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in supplier enablement strategies.

Qualifications

What will help you to be successful in this role:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to design and deliver effective training programs.
• Proficiency with digital platforms and ERP systems; familiarity with procurement tools is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in a global or multi-supplier environment.
• Familiarity with change management processes and supplier performance metrics.
• Advanced skills in data analysis and reporting tools.
