As a Quality Analyst within PNC's Treasury Management Healthcare Operations Group, you will work remotely from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Cleveland, Ohio or Dallas, Texas area.

• Execute UAT test scenarios for healthcare applications.
• Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, or usability issues using issue tracking tools.
• Validate that system workflows align with healthcare processes and regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
• Coordinate with end-users and subject matter experts to gather feedback and refine test scenarios.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity during testing.
• Assist in verifying system integrations with third-party healthcare applications or APIs.
• Provide detailed testing reports and sign-off documentation to certify readiness for production.
Qualifications:
• 1+ year of experience in UAT testing, preferably within the healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with healthcare workflows, terminology, and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, ICD-10).
• Hands-on experience with UAT tools and issue tracking software (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM).
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills for creating clear test scripts and reports.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems.
• Basic SQL skills to query databases for data validation (preferred).
Job Description
- Supports the development and continuous improvement of the quality management system.
- Generates reports for distribution to various users in the organization, customers, or suppliers.
- Participates in supplier quality improvement initiatives; works with suppliers to develop and improve incoming quality levels.
- Conducts quality analysis; identifies systemic issues, facilitates effective root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Provides conclusions and recommendations for issues and/or continuous improvement projects.
