Student Assistant - Talent Acquisition

We are recruiting a motivated Student Assistant to join our Nordic Talent Acquisition Team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain practical experience within Talent Acquisition in a fun and supportive environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Recruitment Support: Write job ads, review candidates, conduct screening calls, schedule interviews, and gather feedback from hiring managers.
  • Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in organizing and executing events, both at universities and other venues. Collaborate with universities, schools, and our marketing team to support employer branding activities.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Support various recruitment processes and university relations activities as needed.

What Will Help You Succeed:
  • Currently pursuing a master's or bachelor's degree.
  • Interested in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding and HR.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills in Danish and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Availability to work 15 hours/week from our office in Ballerup.
