We are looking for a Strategic Program Leader make an impact! In this role, you will take lead in developing and executing Long Term Supply Chain Plan strategy, supporting all manufacturing locations in International region for the products in scope, supports and execute the strategy to support the business. This position facilitates the interactions between the manufacturing clusters, cross-functional stakeholders, and purchasing to maintain and developing a panel of Best in Class partners globally meeting current business requirements, future growth needs, technological evolutions, supply chain optimization, and achieve annual cost savings targets.

What will you do?
  • Develop and execute regionalization strategy through outsourcing for International to drive cost competitiveness and resilience.
  • Program management, leading steering committee and stage gate preparation and review with executive stakeholders.
  • Work with Strategic partners on cost savings (productivity) and performance improvement on key KPIs like TTM, Quality and sustainability.
  • Track KPI's and deliver reports as assigned.
  • Identify and develop strategic supply sources.


What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or Mechanical/ Industrial Engineering.
  • Experience in project management and outsourcing
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Purchasing/ Procurement / Supply Chain
  • Spoken and written fluent communication in English.
  • Negotiating key Supplier agreements, including costs, terms of supply, quality.
  • Project management skills
  • Change management and implementation methodology
  • Comfortable with Negotiation with Strategic suppliers, frequent face time with vendors, up to C-Suite.
  • Purchasing & Risk Analysis (Identification of Cost drivers, Supplier Relationship Management, Cost analysis, Market analysis, Supplier SWOT analysis etc)
  • Comfortable working on Supplier agreements, together with Legal.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and comfortable working with numbers.
  • Business knowledge and trade-off (Service Vs cost, Total Cost of Ownership).
  • Supplier identification and evaluation.
  • An understanding of Supply Chain Quality.
  • Open minded & Results oriented.
  • Leadership skills with ability to influence cross functional team.
  • Strategic thinking & Cross-cultural awareness.
  • Remote management & Communication (Written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner internally as well as externally).
  • Ability to communicate, organize and work with supplier C Suite Management and their account Team.
  • Working in a matrix organization, takes the lead on resolving issues and analytical skills.
