Mission:
Energy Management is Schneider Electric's largest business (28bn in revenues in 2023) focusing on driving Sustainability and Digital transformation across homes, buildings, datacenters and infrastructure. As an analyst intern in the Energy Management Strategy Team, you will have a unique & exciting opportunity to support on several high-level initiatives to drive profitable business growth.
1. Support strategy projects and studies:
- Carry out strategic research & analysis e.g. market trends, competitive positioning, value chain moves or SE current positioning & performance
- Contribute to structuring complex, ambiguous problems and help define action plan to resolve them
- Contribute to structuring synthesis & recommendations
2. Support in creating compelling presentations to share findings and recommendations (qualitative and quantitative) with Senior Management to drive decision-making
3. Support other transformation programs & other ad-hoc strategic analysis (e.g. digital transformation strategy, market & competitive analysis, yearly strategy cycle, acquisition & divestment, portfolio management etc.)

Internship duration: 6 months

Pré-requis :
- Must be eligible for an internship in France
- Master/Bachelor student from top engineering/business schools with prior degree in engineering, economics, or business
- Strong interest in Strategy and Sustainability in an industrial context
- Previous experience (incl. internship) in strategy functions
- Proficient use of Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong analytical skills: ability to screen, absorb & synthesize information across topics to make meaningful recommendations
- Strong quantitative skills: ability to review and interpret financial statements / reports; comfortable working with numbers and quantitative analyses
- Collaborative & driven team player
- Good interpersonal skills :
- Open-mindedness, actively listens & values others' views and strong willingness to learn
- Ability to connect with people easily, capable of working & collaborating across multiple diverse geographies & cultures
- Fast-learner, proactive & self-starter with ability to execute in a fast-paced & constantly evolving global environment
- Fluency in English and French
