Key Responsibility:
• Non-hierarchical team leader, responsible for predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance for production / manufacturing equipment in an entity.
• Animation of a team / process(es) involving the elaboration and application of standardized processes and plans to ensure safety, quality, service / availability, cost.
• Strong contributor to continuous improvement.
Key Task:
• Enforce safety & health rules & 5S
• Is the expert representative of a specific technology in the plant
• Define predictive maintenance, preventive, corrective complex operations (level 3, 4 & 5) requiring the use of a wide field of expertise
• Decide, prioritize & implement with manufacturing the maintenance actions plan in order to maintain machines original state

• Could manage functionally a team of IIT2 according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant
• Manage the TPM on the whole process to increase the reliability and availability of workstations, production lines
• Manage the technical aspects for capability of all internal tools under responsibility of the plant
• Manage & optimize maintenance costs including spare parts inventory
• Organize the intervention of his team in the implementation and ramp up of new workstations or production line
• He has a complementary expertise with IST4
• Data ownership (working closely with LES4): Ensure consistency and updating of the information system maintenance
