Outcome Analytics is an Innovation Service Incubation serving a strategic US Data Center Client. Partnering with Aveva Technology it is a project to deliver true system level predictive outcomes with a full-Service plan on complex prefabricated units encompassing UPS, Battery, ASCO, Switchgear and HVAC technology.

Value is delivered through a combination of domain expertise and data context to provide outcome-based recommendations for our customer. There are 100 sites in 2022 with a growth trajectory of 320 sites by the end of 2023. Data will be derived from HVAC units, UPS's, ATS's, Breakers - connected devices.

  • Design, Manage and maintain Outcome analytics (Service Predictive Maintenance) Platform solution using the Twinthread platform hosted by Aveva (Advanced IoT Solution)
  • Develop asset model and analytic roadmap for current & future client use cases based on delivering reduced risk to key service clients
  • Minimize interventions / Optimize interventions / Optimize Client Service Level Agreements
  • Liaise with Key clients to design and optimize service solution. Integrate within existing environments and optimize existing infrastructure
  • Oversee Implementation of pilot solutions. Develop OPC / Modbus capability to support expanding asset portfolio
  • Ensure cybersecurity of the Edge / Router configuration
  • 150/200 Deployments per annum at core Compass site + Pilot & Incubation opportunities with other clients
  • Recommend enhancements to cloud solution
  • Recommend & development enhance instrumentation & edge solutions to improve analytic outcomes
  • Enhance knowledge of existing SE Solutions inc. EcoStruxture Building Operation / Power Monitoring Expert / Data Center Infrastructure Management / Power SCADA Operation / Asset Advisor.
  • Recommend & assisting in development of broader SE Edge solution as part of PMP process

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Engineering degree in Electrical, Power Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent
  • Experience in software, hardware, networking, database and/or system troubleshooting, diagnosis and problem solving
  • Power and/or electrical systems knowledge
  • Computer knowledge, particularly relating to server, network and operating system installation and configuration
  • Cross-functional interaction required
  • Ability to work with people with a wide range of technical backgrounds, including consultants, senior professional engineers, energy managers, electricians, IT engineers and personnel, account managers, sales personnel
  • Experience of Analytic tools & Data Engineering - Role will be heavily supported by additional Analytics team

Nice to Have Skills:
  • Windows / Cloud Agent configuration / networking
  • Use remote desktop tools
  • Understanding of Modbus and OPC
  • Knowledge of API's and Data Interchange in a cloud environment
  • Scripting language experience
