Co Vás čeká?
- Komunikace s externími i interními zákazníky prostřednictvím různých komunikačních kanálů (mail, telefon, chat)
- Sledování a dokumentace všech technických dotazů a jejich řešení v interních systémech.
- Efektivní týmová i mezitýmová spolupráce.
- Spolupráce při implementaci nových AI nástrojů a jejich efektivní využívání.
- Identifikace nových obchodních příležitostí a příprava cenových nabídek.
- Aktivní rozvíjení znalostí produktů, technologií a aplikací.
- Propagace self-service nástrojů a FAQ.
- Podílení se na zkvalitňování procesů.
- Proaktivní přístup pro dosažení maximální zákaznické spokojenosti s ohledem na obchodní politiku a cíle společnosti.

Jaké znalosti a dovednosti byste měli mít?
- SŠ/VŠ vzdělání technického směru, preferujeme elektrotechniku.
- Preferujeme znalost produktů z oblasti průmyslové automatizace, PLC, frekvenční měniče, pohony, atd.
- 1 rok praxe, dobrý přehled v oboru elektrotechniky.
- Pokročilou znalost MS Office, výhodou SAP a Salesforce CRM.
- Dobré komunikační a prezentační dovednosti.
- Komunikativní znalost angličtiny.
