Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Innovation & Technology Solution Architect to support our business capabilities, including Business Ethics Integrity and Controls, Business Integrity Screening, Internal Audit, Legal, Real Estate, Regulatory Compliance Management, Risk, and Travel and Expense. This role is pivotal in designing IT-related business solutions that enhance our core organizational operations. The mission is to support the business strategy for these capabilities through strong collaboration, understanding critical processes, and ensuring the appropriate digital IT landscape is defined, deployed, supported, and sunset effectively. This role is responsible IT solutions related to the assigned sub-practice, leveraging global IT solutions to scale and developing global/local IT solutions as required. The ideal candidate will research and analyze data to support business functions, process knowledge, and systems requirements, and proactively generate reports with recommendations for improvements or new requirements.

Responsabilities

  • Analyzing business needs and translating them into detailed technical requirements for system design.
  • Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure project success.
  • Research and analyze data to support business functions.
  • Generate reports with recommendations for process improvements.
  • Apply communication, project management, financial, and problem-solving skills to maximize IT investments.
  • Implement new computer systems and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage application development teams and align solutions with corporate needs.
  • Enhance existing technologies for scalability and stability.
  • Define technology roadmaps and manage IT operations.
  • Implement business continuity and monitoring tools.
  • Provide ongoing systems support and maintenance.
  • Act as the primary contact for escalations.
  • Ensure IT service levels align with business needs.
  • Plan and communicate project timelines and resources.
  • Support annual IT audits for responsible applications.

Qualifications and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in technology, data management, product management, strategic planning, and/or consulting.
  • Strong expertise in database management, application integrations, defining effective SLAs, process and solution governance, IT architecture, infrastructure, and cloud development, engineering and software architecture design, business analysis, DevOps, and project and product management.
  • Facilitative leadership skills and the ability to manage by influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to develop trusted relationships with both business and technical experts.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Experience driving successful programs across large matrix organizations.
  • Broad understanding of current and emerging technology landscapes and scalable architectures.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with pragmatic operational execution.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, PMP, ITIL) - Preferred Qualification.
  • Experience with digital transformation initiatives in risk, compliance or auditing contexts - Preferred Qualification.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends related to regulatory compliance - Preferred Qualification
