What will you do?

People Management (50%):
  • Lead and manage a team of [number] professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address performance issues.

Business Growth (30%):
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue within the segment.
  • Develop and execute segment-specific strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.


Segment Leadership (20%):
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the segment, providing thought leadership and industry insights.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry leaders.
  • Represent the organization in external forums, conferences, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with other segment leads to share best practices and drive synergies.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • 5+ years of experience in people management, preferably in [industry/segment].
  • Proven track record of leadership, talent development, and business growth.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Electrical Distribution systems experience, distribution and protection systems, and power quality experience are a must for being a 'trusted advisor' and creating demands,
  • Account management skills
