Cybersecurity for Customer Projects and services needs to address major challenges such as the risks generated to our customers network and installations, and the compliance of our systems and services to global cybersecurity standards and regulations.

We have decided to create a common cybersecurity organization focused on projects and services to strengthen our cybersecurity posture, coordinate and accelerate our transformation , especially :

- Lead the transformation and coordination from Tendering to Operations in Global Customer Projects and Services Operations organization

- Put in place a common governance and community across project and services in order to implement the key projects and initiatives

Within the Global Customer Projects and Services Operations Cybersecurity organization, and reporting strong line to the Customer projects and Services Security Officer - CPSSO , your role , as a Services Operations Global Cybersecurity Expert will be :

Mission:

To define, design, deploy , enforce, check and monitor the Cybersecurity capabilities of our services Operations teams.

Services Operations Global Cybersecurity Expert engage with services operation teams, providing support with cybersecurity topics with the objective of ensuring services are secure. He also fill the role of a Subject Matter Expert, serving as a consultant and advisor for cybersecurity topics.

His/ her objectives are achieved through close follow-up, monitoring and continuous evaluation of the services they are responsible for.

Main Responsibilities:

Mitigate risks and defend our competitiveness by implementing security practices in our Operation processes, first step towards IEC 62443 certification

o Answer to market requirements by implementing Cyber basic practices in our Operation processes, in compliance with IEC 62443

o Contribute to definition and implementation of our Security program OSML (Operations Secure management Lifecycle) process & guidelines for operation and maintenance activities, in link with Security requirements of IEC62443-2-4 (First step towards future certification)

§ Comply with standards & regulations

§ Collection of personnel, hardware, software, procedures and policies, aligned with quality processes

§ Prioritize deployment according to risk, customer needs

§ Engage with SO leaders for efficient deployment

o Define and engage with services LOB tools product owners to integrate cybersecurity guidelines, practices and monitoring. Follow-up on delivery and deployment.

Prepare and implement IEC 62443-2-4 certification

o Define the documentation, procedures, training content, level of skills needed to reach IEC certification for SO

o Gap assessment , impacts and answers to IEC requirements

o Follow-up certification process and activities with certification body

• Support Business growth by allowing our teams to detect, generate, and execute cyber services, in coordination with Cyber services team

Implement and operate efficient and targeted vulnerability containment action through our Quality processes

o Ensure proper application of Vulnerability management process: cascade security notifications, ensure countries are taking the necessary actions.

o Application of the containment actions and FSB according to global process. Make proposals for improvement if required.

o Implement practices needed for handling of security notifications, specify and deploy the trainings needed for SO populations

o Be the SO Global Vulnerability handler on this topic

Develop and animate Cybersecurity community across Services Operations

o Implement a strong cybersecurity posture across the organization

o Support the deployment of practices

o Ensure proper application of process & rules through our Regional / Zone / country and Services organizations

o Promote cybersecurity best practices and a "security first" mindset

o Cascade cybersecurity information across the Services population

o Contribute to the cybersecurity training material design, and deployment

The above activities will be executed in close collaboration with Cybersecurity and Product Security from Governance, Digital Sales & Support organization from Schneider Digital and Cybersecurity services from Industrial Automation BU.

Main interfaces: GCP & SO security officer and central expertise team, PSO (Product Security Office), Digital Risk leader, Cyber experts & community, GCP & SO Regional and local services teams, EMBU Product LOBs, Services LOB tools product owners, Customers, Partners, Suppliers

Qualifications

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of OT/IT security experience with a proven ability to engage with Senior Management, Product, Engineering and the business.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in IT/Computing/Engineering required, or related degree from an accredited university

• Fluency in English

• Experience working cross functionally and collaboratively in a team environment

• Experience working in an international environment

• Experience related to cyber security in products development or in a projects/services/site environment

• Experience guiding and assisting organizations in implementing appropriate Cybersecurity practices

• Experience in Customer applications / Projects / services tendering and operation

Preferred:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Prior experience performing security reviews and risk assessments

Key skills & requirements

• Good leadership, influence & convince skills

• English Fluent, more languages would be a plus

• Good knowledge of power systems products and equipment- multi LOB (Secure Power & Cooling, Power Systems, Digital power, Industry), especially associated communication and systems networks features.

• Good knowledge of Schneider Electric Ecostruxure or equivalent architectures

• Knowledge of Service offer, especially digital services, would be a plus.

• Customer segments & applications

• You have good relationships, a good level of oral communication and enjoy international contacts

• You are flexible and have a good sense of customer service

International travel to be expected
