UKG is seeking an experienced senior leader to oversee the Global Engagement Services teams who operate as the bridge between Sales and Implementation Services. As the Director Global Engagement Services, you will represent UKG in having the teams develop service strategies for the complex opportunities the sales teams are pursuing. The team position strategic SaaS solutions, provide a clear long-term economic value for our customers. This role demands strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a proven track record in enterprise SaaS environments globally. The team supports all UKG product lines both New Logo and existing Customer Base upsells.

Key Responsibilities:
• Proven experience in developing and growing key relationships with Corporate, Sales, and Service Delivery partners especially at the Director and VP level
• Develop a high performing consultative team, focused on services selling
• Operate in a target driven environment focused on ARR and driving services revenue, track record of over-achieving targets
• Strong pipeline management and excellent communication skills into Sales and Services Management
• Strategic mindset to develop new tools and processes, new packages and service offerings and new methods for positioning and selling services to clients - drive these into the organization
• Identify opportunities for improved efficiency of the sales function by participating in the development and deployment of appropriate services sales tools/templates
• Partner with the UKG Sales organization and Services lines of business to pursue and close services and product opportunities
• Increase the overall Margin and value of strategic deals through presenting and positioning creative service solutions
• Support the teams by driving solutions and strategies that directly contribute to winning the largest, most complex opportunities
• Drive the sales process to completion coordinating all Services resources and collateral such as proposals, SOW's, RFP responses, etc. that directly contribute to winning the largest, most complex opportunities
• Interface into senior management to ensure approvals obtained for non-standard pricing approaches
• Deep understanding and ability to articulate the business drivers affecting the target customer base
• Strong communication skills and customer facing experience at all levels including the C level
• Experience of managing a global team

Basic Qualifications:
• 8+ years of extensive leadership experience in an Enterprise SaaS environment.
• 8+ years of management/people leader experience, including leading other leaders.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software services selling.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%, including international travel.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Proven ability to persuade and influence senior leadership to achieve results and drive change.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a creative and independent approach.
• Well-developed relationship-building and influencing skills with outstanding communication abilities (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with excellent follow-up skills and adaptability to a dynamic work environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

The pay range for this position is $155,200 to $223,100, however, base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
