Lead Digital Ecosystem Deployment
- Ensure successful deployment of bFS ecosystem aligned with global business case definition
- Ensure global roadmap is available, communicated and validated by countries
- Build associated country roadmap as per Business priorities, including pilot, deployment and adoption phases
- Secure clear definition of project steps, associated processes and tools, as well as data required to support deployment
- Build with countries detailed deployment plan with defined stakeholders and associated governance
- Monitor deployment and report on progresses and performances

Ensure Digital Tools Adoption
- Following deployment phase, manage potential roadblocks to secure full adoption, measure through success KPI's
- Ensure a continuous adoption plan is in place to maximize productivity on the entire digital portfolio
- Deploy digital tools trainings in coordination with country Digital leader and roadmap
- Ensure digital enablers are in place (phones, tablets, laptops, etc...)
- Investigate new opportunities to boost adoption
- Ensure adoption on the process
Be the interface between the Business and LoBs, SE Digital
- Act as interface between the countries and SE Digital for deployment and continuous improvement
- provide feedback for continuous improvement
- Ensure escalation process for any blocking point and/or budget concerns
- Support the animation of the Digital Champion Community within the region
Support Country New Initiatives
- Support Countries with new initiative and build business case to leverage related productivity at global level
- Ensure compliance with global digital ecosystem and standards
- Be the warrant of no technical debt creation
- Ensure escalation process for any blocking point and/or budget concerns
- Support the animation of the Digital Champion Community within the region
Qualifications
About You
Education: University Msc/Bsc Degree in Computer Science or related field / Project management
Language requirements:
- Fluent in English
- French language will be valuable
Experience:
- Master Field Services tendering and operations processes
- Master SE end-to-end customer processes
- Knowledge on SE quality standards

- Strong recognized leadership
- Excellent communication skills and capabilities to influence and negotiate with leaders
- Cross culture mindset
- Strong team spirit & cooperation
- Ability to travel at least 50% of the time
