The Role: Senior Finance Data Quality Analyst
What will you do?
The role is responsible for supporting the Data Quality and golden rule compliance of our finance records across systems. The role requires strong awareness on finance data processes and controls with adequate knowledge of how finance data is defined, produced, identified , maintained , delivered, and consumed including data quality, security, and confidentiality rules. The role requires monitoring of data quality KPIs, executing data correction , and identifies pain points around Finance Data lifecycles to share with the Data Domain Owner s and other stakeholders in collaboration with Data office.
Operational Tasks:
- To f acili t ate with provider of source data with escalations and issues .
- CPQ data maintenance Eg. Correction of data gaps, data errors, coo r dination on data anomalies.
- To coordinate with BF if approvals are sought and validate mapping before upload ing into DFL .
- Monitoring and follow up on zone - wide cleansing exercises Eg. Assignations rules review, Blocking of CCs with functional area X1, blocking of dormant/inactive PCs , and updating of MS and PCG Hierarchy to Service Now.
- Support on status follow - up of other upcoming Unify anticipation activities including Data Cleansing Activities as pres c ribed .
- Assist Finance Data Lead to lead issue resolution with Global Team .
- Support resolution with Finance Data Lead .
- Support the Finance Data Lead i n compiling issues and to follow up on issues .
- Assist the Finance Data Lead to drive actions with PMA SPOC .
- Assist Finance Data Lead on Issue resolutions on SGV adoption and alignment with DFL and EPM with BF, Project Controllers , and Operations .
- To drive the CSC price search to ensure accurate TP and trigger requestor action if it's in correct.
Secondary Tasks :
- Quarterly and Annual CPQ data refresh .
- Profit Center and Cost Center Governance
- Monthly extraction of Profit and Cost center master data report for the zone (AFO Report) .
- Assignation Rules Working File Mainte na nce and Validation of inputs from users for Refresh of Status .
- Extraction of monthly standard report for automation run and trigger next step actions .
- Automation coordination with Automation lead on automated processes to inte r pret, check, and take action on output files and prepare waterfall chart .
- Finance Data Steward and Imran .
- Conduct quarterly update exercise to maintain zone contact list with up - to - date points of contact names by entity and department .
- Support in data extraction when required to support deep dive review/reporting requirements .

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree preferabl y in Finance
- 3 to 5 years of related experience
- Strong acumen in Internal Controls and Processes
- Experience in Finance Data Transformation would be an added advantage
- Experience in Automation projects would be an added advantage
- Understanding basic finance master data attributes is essential
- Knows existing data management framework ( e.g. DCAM or new models of data organization (optional)
- Good communication skills (international context)
- A basic understanding of finance is a must .
- Strong Excel knowledge
- Strong Power point knowledge

- SAP systems or Oracle
- Tableau or Power BI
- Power Apps Experience
- Python and Informatica experience
