Your main area of responsibilities will be :
  • Co-pilot and Partner with Zone Business VP and local Business Leader: To deliver and optimize long and short-term Business Performance, by supporting strategy and advising on decision making to reach Target.
  • Develop Business Acumen on Power Systems, contribute to strategic Roadmap, and support new business models.
  • Contribute strategic Roadmap definition, and challenge commercial and marketing strategy to capture profitable Growth while ensuring consistency across all countries
  • Drive Commercial profitability, monitor action plans, and support Channel and Business development.
  • Contribute to Financial performance, risk assessments, P&L management, and efficiency initiatives.
  • Provide input for Yearly activity, short term and long term forecasting, efficiency plan and BR.
  • Play a critical role in Nordic Baltic Finance organization, support Business Finance Transformation, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Communication and collaboration with Internal and External stakeholders: SPOC on Division Financial performance.


As a person, you are open, straightforward and have excellent communication skills. You thrive in complex environments and understand the importance of stakeholder management. You have excellent analytical skills, are hands-on, comfortable with details and highly structured, without losing sight of the big picture.

You are proactive, dynamic, with a commercial mindset, seek to give advice, and dare to challenge. You have lots of energy and drive and possess a "what does it take" mindset. You are a change agent, familiar with simplification projects driving efficiency gains through process improvements and digitization. You are fluent English.

Experience and skills we are looking for:
  • Ideal candidate has at least 7 years' experience in Finance and/or accounting at a managerial level.
  • Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills necessary to interact with stakeholder at various levels of the organization.
  • Team player with a commercial mindset, dynamic, proactive, collaborative, curious and open minded.
  • Think outside of the box, challenge, and standardization/automation/simplification mindset.
