We are looking to hire a dynamic 'PMO Analyst' to join our CIO organization under Enterprise IT & DT, Schneider Digital. The PMO Analyst will work with the Chief of Staff of Enterprise IT and will have the following responsibilities:
- Designing dashboards and scorecards for the leadership team, mostly focused on EIT&DT objectives and priorities.
- Preparing program status reports for management reviews.
- Planning and implementing project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets.
- Liaising with leaders and their team members and providing suggestions or solutions to unforeseen issues when needed.
- Assisting in the communications of large transformation programs and employee communications.
- Help develop content and address any communications-related issues
- Assessing, writing for external awards for the organization
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships & sponsorships, create speaker opportunities for the Leadership team across countries.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years of experience with PMO, project management, or a similar role
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage with leaders
- Strong command over MS PowerPoint and Excel; experience in creating compelling presentations & reports
- Strong program coordination and administration abilities
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
- Ability to plan and execute communication campaigns with ownership and minimum guidance
