FP&A Senior Analyst
Job Summary
As an FP&A Sr. Analyst, you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and make a significant impact on our finance team. Joining our EMEA-based team, you will be a vital finance business partner, specifically focused on supporting the Sales function. Your role will involve driving financial planning and analysis activities, contributing to the company's overall success. Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted business partner to Sales leaders, providing financial insights and guidance to support decision-making
- Prepare accurate and timely Opex, Headcount, and Sales Compensation forecasts and budgets based on historical data, market trends, and business insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and assumptions for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Perform monthly and quarterly variance analysis, quarterly forecast to forecast changes, whilst identifying and investigating any significant variances
- Prepare monthly and quarterly management reporting packs and lead operating review meetings with senior leadership
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the underlying drivers of performance and assist in making informed decisions
- Manage the headcount reconciliation process for given functions, ensuring accuracy and completeness of headcount data
- Lead all finance related headcount reporting for the CSO org whilst collaborating with HR and TA
- Lead the LTM forecasting process for Headcount and Sales Compensation
- Complete purchase order approvals, new headcount approvals, and ensures regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Proven years of experience in finance
- Experience in financial modelling, forecasting, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with senior management and cross functional teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Hyperion (PBCS) is a plus
