  1. Enable execution in alignment with the strategy and the backlog
    • Work with Product Owners and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
    • Guide the Squad with respect to priorities and scope
    • Help the squad focus on creating high value releases
    • Assist with decision-making by facilitating feature estimation by teams
    • Provide progress status and escalate impediments on a regular basis
    • Provide input on resourcing to address critical bottlenecks
    • Highlight and follow the adherence to guardrails, alerting Product Owner if needed
  2. Identify and manage interdependencies
    • Map interfaces between Squads (products, bricks, integration, sub-assy) of the same league or different leagues & propose synchronization strategy
    • Support the squad's efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other squads
    • Ensure good synchronization between HW & SW Squad
  3. Foster effective working relationship between Product Owner, Agile Squads and stakeholders

  • Ensure Squads members understand and embrace Agile values.
  • Ensure Product Backlog is easily accessible and understood by the Squad and other stakeholders
  • Ensure the participation of the Product Owner and stakeholders to the events when needed
  • Where needed, facilitate interaction between Product Owner, Squad and stakeholders to ensure all sides get an opportunity to share their concerns and motivations
  • Ensure both Product Owner and Squad actively participate in decision making regarding commitment to scope and schedule

    • Understand impact of roadblocks, create a sense of urgency and implement effective risk response plans
    • Ensure the Squad gets necessary trust and support from Management to work effectively
    • Ensure the Squad is able to respond to required changes and new unplanned requests in an effective manner
  • Promote Agile values
    • Promote Agile values, culture and practices
    • Promote continuous improvement and challenge status-quo
    • Enable the Squad to improve efficiency and quality of deliverables by following Agile development best practices
    • Motivate the Squad and embody a positive and constructive mindset on top of Agile values and culture
    • Secure and promote the values of the selected framework & self organization
    • Encourage the Squad to have a 'self management' attitude
  • Other
    • Exposure of key league-level ceremonies (schedule, chair and drive PI events, demos and PSCs) for the specific output of the Squad
    • Produce, enforce, maintain and present the progress of the Development (including highlight reports and gantt charts to clearly expose any risks/issues and dependencies)
    • Finance management : Manage the cashout & project profitability of the offer, monitor deviations, share mitigation plan & impacts on a pro-active way
    • Manage PPM for the Squad

  • 资格

    • Bachelor's degree
    • 2 years of product or project development experience would be advantageous
    • Strong facilitation techniques
    • Ability to build and lead Squads in a matrix
    • Promotes Agile values and principles
    • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills
    • Knowledge of an Agile Framework (i.e. Scrum, Kanban), and knowledge of at Agile at Scale frameworks (i.e. SAFe, Scrum at Scale, Nexus)
    • Planning and problem solving with product management and delivery Squads
