We are looking for Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) Associates - Supply Chain Track to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation!
Program Overview:
The Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) is designed to help you grow faster at the Early Career stage . During the 24 months with us, you will go through rotations with 3 different Supply Chain teams .
A series of accelerated induction and programs will be in place, allowing you to learn different businesses or functions within Schneider. Get ready to handle important projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and work with stakeholders globally!
Career Pathways:
Our SGP graduates are advantaged from SE's global presence and are currently holding important roles within the company. You will harem ample opportunities to stretch your capabilities and potential, by adapting your current skills and developing new transferable skills.
As part of an ongoing initiative to develop and retain a highly talented workforce, our goal is to provide exposure in 3 main interrelated functions over a 2-year period .
In our program, you will rotate in different roles and gain valuable experience in the supply chain space. You will either be based in Kallang / Tuas (Distribution Centre) depending on your rotations.
Rotations/ Functions can include:
- Regional Digital Transformation
- Warehouse Operations
- Industrialization Projection Leadership
- D irect Labour Productivity Project Leadership
- Logistics Engineering
- Transportation Analyst
- Q uality & Value Engineering Project Leadership

What qualifications will make you successful ?
- Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration , Data Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Engineering, Economics, Supply Chain Management, IT or equivalent fields of study are preferable but it is not a must . We focus on your potential, passion and appetite.
- Graduate in 2024/2025, available to come onboard in August 2025.
- Good to have certification in SAS, Six Sigma.
- Good to have experience in Tablaeu , Power BI, Php , Java, Python, SQL , Power Query, RPA.
- A strong interest in Schneider Electric's mission.
