We are looking for Schneider Graduate Program (SGP) Associate (Engineering Track) to make a difference and be part of our digital transformation!
Program Overview
The Schneider Graduate Program is a 2-years program . It is designed to empower you with an accelerated journey to discover yourself through 3 rotations . This will give you an opportunity to make an impact with one of the world's most sustainable companies .
You will be given intentional exposure and opportunity to handle projects in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, while working with stakeholders globally!
Rotations/Functions for the Engineering Track include:
- Engineering / Technical
- Tendering
- Project Management

Assessment Centre and Panel Interview will be done on site in our Petaling Jaya office, on 23 rd May 2025, Friday.
* Separate arrangements will be made for Malaysian students studying overseas

What qualifications will make you successful?
- A background in Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Graduate between 2023 - 2025. Less than 2 years of full-time professional working experience.
