We have an exciting job opportunity for a Sales & Marketing Automation Manager in our Digital Marketing team. You will be working for the Nordic Baltic Zone, reporting to the Nordic Digital Marketing Director and based in our office in Warsaw, Poland.

In this role you will be responsible for achieving ambitious business goals by leveraging marketing automation technologies to drive higher customer engagement across our platforms in Norway.

This involves utilizing automation tools to streamline processes, to nurture customer relationships and improve lead generation. Furthermore, you act as a Search Engine Marketing (SEM Specialist), where you together with Web Site Owners supports the development, implementation, and optimization of our search engine marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and online visibility on our platforms.

In this role you have high visibility within the organization and collaborate with a wide variety of stakeholders across the Marketing analytics, Channel & Segment Marketing, Customer Master Data and Global Digital Customer Relationship teams.

Your IMPACT :

SMA deployment :
  • Streamline workflows, improve efficiency and the overall effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts through increased automation.
  • Develop and execute automation strategies to enhance lead generation, customer engagement, and sales pipeline management.
  • Implement and manage sales and marketing automation tools (e.g., marketing automation software such as Marketo or Salesforce.com).
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand their automation needs and share best practices.

Marketing Automation and optimization:
  • Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize SMA performance (eDM open rates, Click-through Rates and ROI analysis of campaigns)
  • Drive customer engagement through a more personalized and targeted customer experience.
  • Drive lead management, email marketing (eDM), customer relationship management (CRM), customer segmentation in marketing databases, campaign management, and more.

SEM optimization :
  • Together with Web Site Owners and Channel & Segment Marketing, you support the development, implementation, and optimization of our search engine marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and online visibility on our platforms.

Key KPIs: Database Completeness, Database Growth, Open rates, Click-through rates, Conversion rates, Keyword performance, Cost per click etc..

Your Profile:
  • 3 years' within the field of Marketing Automation.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing - campaigns, SEO, social media, content
    marketing, email marketing, PPC, SEM.
  • Experience working in Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a big plus.
  • Excellent planning, time management and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage expectations and work in a diverse and multifunctional team
  • Fluent English communication - written and verbal
  • Language skills in Norwegian, Swedish or Danish is preferred
  • Following marketing trends and news e.g. Google updates and changes in algorithms
