This is an exciting role that will offer opportunity to grow and learn within our Human Resources and Total Rewards Administration space. This individual will be tasked with multiple assignments regarding processes that operate and execute our Rewards Offers.

• Assist with the creation and communication of our tools and processes to our employees.
• Translate material from Spanish to English and vice-versa.
• Test systems as user-view to ensure proper functionality.
• Prepare, review, and analyze data.
• Provide administrative support to our Rewards Specialist team members
This job might be for you if:
• Are currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a 4-year degree or equivalent.
• You enjoy critical thinking, customer service and supporting employees.
• Have advanced digital skills, learn fast utilizing digital platforms.
• Have proficient use of Excel
• Have proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Speak fluent (read, write, and speak) English and Spanish. Portuguese is a plus.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
