For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $80,640 - $120,960 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 15 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.

This position is accountable for the promotion and sale of a broad range of technical products/solutions/services under the direction of the Director of the EOEM Customer Segment. Develops new sales opportunities / accounts and addresses and services the needs of established accounts. Utilizes excellent products/solutions/services and customer knowledge to educate customers on pricing and application advantages, and how they meet customer's needs.
What will you do?
- Lead Schneider Electric EOEM customer sales for both Direct and Channel led Customer base
- Sell components such as Circuit Breakers, Cradles, OEM Structures, Semi-Assembled equipment, Safety Switches and Motor Control products to Acquisition Accounts.
- Develop and execute an EOEM sales plan at select accounts
- Onboard and train customers and channel partners on our digital tools
- Execute on joint sales calls directly with EOEM Key Account Managers
- Utilize CRM tool (SalesForce) for customer interactions and opportunity management
- Leverage EOEM marketing programs to drive demand
- Help direct support Inside Sales Rep activities
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- 4 Year Degree or Equivalent
- A proven sales track record
- Have outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills with customers and partners
- Have an established contact and relationships with potential customers and partners
- Have effective time management and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and spoken
