We are seeking for a dynamic Regional Transformation Project / Program Manager to drive impactful change! In this exciting role, you will be at the forefront of our transformation initiatives, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the achievement of key deliverables. You'll have the opportunity to integrate innovative transformation solutions into our current planning systems and establish robust governance processes. As a Project / Program Manager, you'll deploy these solutions across the East Asia region and potentially expand your influence even further. Join us in making a significant difference!
What will you do?
- Manage the planning, execution, and delivery of transformation projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and key performance indicators.
- Ensure successful execution of transformation projects within established timelines. Clearly articulate project issues, proactively resolve obstacles, and seek timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate project progress, and ensure stakeholder buy-in.
- Integrate transformation solutions into existing planning systems and processes, ensuring seamless adoption and minimal disruption to ongoing operations.
- Develop and implement governance processes to monitor project performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
- Develop essential documentation materials such as process flows, playbooks, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to support user coaching and adoption activities.
- Lead the deployment of transformation initiatives within the East Asia region and identify opportunities for expansion beyond the region.
- Drive digital initiatives aligned with energy efficiency and competency development, ensuring that digital footprints enhance overall project success.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing best practices.
- Prepare and present regular project status updates and performance reports to senior leadership, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Min 7 years of working experience working in a manufacturing / logistics environment covering the Supply Chain scope. Having a Manufacturing / Supply Chain consulting background will be preferred.
- Min 2 years of proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully leading digital transformation initiatives in a regional or global context.
- Has strong understanding in Supply Chain principles and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Has good digital acumen, understand the Digital Strategy of Company and its value proposition. Brings-up Innovative ways to improve User Digital Experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Familiarity with change management principles and methodologies is preferred
