Mission (About the Role)
Assisting Regional Recruitment Marketing Manager, Int' Ops, in driving & implementing strategic employer branding & recruitment marketing activities, and programs which help strengthen Schneider Electric's employer brand and deliver more hiring impact.
What will you do?
Including but not limited to:
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment marketing strategies to attract top talent.
- Support the creation of engaging and compelling job postings and marketing materials across various platforms, in collaboration with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Coordinate with diverse team members of Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding throughout international geography to understand recruitment needs and target audience.
- Assist in managing social media channels and online campaigns to promote employer brand and job openings.
- Analyze recruitment marketing data and provide insights to optimize strategies and campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of innovative and creative recruitment marketing initiatives.
What qualifications will make you successful?
- Education: Bachelor's in Human Resources, Marketing Communications, Digital Marketing related or similar (open to profiles out of these backgrounds if matching the skillset required)
- Skills/Systems Knowledge:
- Digital Marketing: paid media campaigns, social media content strategy planning & execution
- Project Management, Prioritization & Communications Skills
- Reporting & Data Analysis
- Learning agility & growth mindset
- Digital savvy (especially with Social Media and GenAI)
- Effective communications & time management
- Exposure or knowledge in Branding / Employer Branding
- Content editorial skills / experience (personal branding counts!)
