Events and Field Marketing Support Intern
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic marketing intern to join our Events and Field marketing team. As a Marketing Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of marketing for a global software team. This position is ideal for a student studying for a BA in marketing or business who is looking to apply their knowledge and skills in a professional setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and execution of events and field marketing activities
- Collaborate with team members to support event promotion strategies and execution
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify potential target audiences
- Support the creation of marketing materials in support of event execution
- Assist in managing event logistics, such as venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee registration
- Help maintain and update event databases and contact lists
- Provide general administrative support to the Events and Field Marketing team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a BA in marketing or business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability to work between 10 to 20 hours per week

The hourly range for this position is $18.00 to $44.00. Siemens offers a variety of health and wellness benefits to employees.
