For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $96,000 - $144,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Regional Project Manager
Central Region - Nashville, TN is preferred but open to Remote
This position is not intended to travel but travel ability on a limited basis would be preferred
We are currently recruiting for a Regional Project Manager (RPM) for the Central Region. Responsibilities of this role include the coordination and monitoring of Simple technical projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring that technical projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Also includes project upfront review, customer contact and site readiness, forecasting, interface with central engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, regional engineering, invoicing and closeout. The individual will work closely with the customer and internal resources to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of solutions deployed in support of project goals and objectives.
Key Tasks:
- Manage a high volume of small- to medium-sized projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders and customers in overseeing and coordinating project priorities, scope, resource requirements, and timing of deliverables.
- Monitor and control project deliverables and progress through continuous communication with project members and key stakeholders.
- Remain aware of any potential problems and work to mitigate any risks.
- Ensure projects are completed according to corporate and customer plan.
Qualifications:
- You have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent combined with 2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work and contribute as an effective team player in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- Developed interpersonal skills with an ability to interact effectively with internal and external customers of various technical abilities, including experience working with contractors, consultants, and sales staff as required.
- Ability to self-manage, multi-task and learn new skills quickly. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Qualifications
- Knowledge and experience in the power distribution and control/automation industry (transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, drives).
- Knowledge and/or experience of competitor products and services.
- Project Management Certification.
