Our mission

Leading the Collaborative Sales Forecast (CSF) process focusing on the mid&long-term trends alignment for the region and its execution in Kinaxis based on SIOP plan. Key aspect of job is to understand impact & consequences of any given demand plan on the subsequent delivering supply chain.

Define statistical baseline with relevant analysis of data and drive its continuous improvement.

Build a close partnership with SIOP & BU for the mid&long-term planning. Become a key contact for a bi-directional communication in between GSC (Global Supply Chain) and the BU (business unit).

Your activities

50% - Participate during the SIOP Offer & Demand review for the CSF alignment on the mid&long-term planning in agreement with BU & SIOP as well as specific meetings to cross check BU projects in collaboration with Launch Leader & BU Supply Chain Leader.
Secure BU NPI/EOL project execution according to SIOP & BU guidance. Alert to SIOP of any risk at front office highlighted by the local demand planner during the handover meeting.

20% - Review statistical forecasting and drive its continuous improvement based on forecast accuracy, forecast value add and bias using Kinaxis capabilities (back testing, outlier cleansing, FI segmentation, etc.), to define the best baseline for collaboration with Front Offices and mid&long-term planning with SIOP. Adjust when needed the statistical model on some forecasting items to come close to actual and expected sales trend agreed with SIOP.

15% - Perform analysis on the yearly/quarterly trends, forecast evolution month over month before delivering CSF result to DRP. Sharing with DSP management and SIOP any risk and adjust management/SIOP decisions in Kinaxis. Drive associated action plans for improvement.

12% - Follow the standard process and contribute to improvement (RDP Lean agenda, drumbeat, Deviation, Accuracy and FVA RCA, Bias, Kinaxis tool improvement, community call participation, corporate projects, etc).

3% - Secure handover with the Local DP through collaborative exchanges, share inputs/outputs from discussion during the Offer and Demand Review (SIOP) and DSP Review (Front Office)

Your profile:

  • Languages : fluent English
  • Degree : bachelor's degree (or above) in Supply Chain/Economics/Business Administration/Management
  • Experience : 5 years
  • Background : previous sucessful experience in Supply Chain Planning
  • Professional knowledge : Understanding of supply chain foot print & SIOP objectives, as well as LoB/BU organizations. Strong analytical & statistical skills.

  • Ability to convince people and strong organizational skills to cope
    with multiple contacts, process drumbeat
  • Strong knowledge of forecasts
  • Cooperative attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
