J oin the GSC Digital Transformation Team at Schneider Electric and play a pivotal role in standardizing business processes across North America. We're on a mission to converge business, supply chain, and finance processes into one coherent, standardized global set of processes and solutions.
What will you do?
- Develop a deep understanding of regional business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Act as a liaison between regional stakeholders and global process owners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Drive the implementation of global best practices and standards within regional operations.
- Support plant master data transformation and engage with TITAN Transformation program for technical solutions.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
- Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Visio and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Strong knowledge of Planning tools (OneMM, SAP, Kinaxis).
- Familiarity with process optimization methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or BPM.
- Excellent communicator with stakeholder management abilities.
- Up to 50% travel
