Regional Business Process Owner - Transportation

Join our GSC Digital Transformation Team as a Regional Business Process Owner for Transportation! Be part of standardizing business processes across North America and contribute to Schneider Electric's growth journey. If you're passionate about process optimization, automation, and global standardization, this role is for you!

What will you do?

  • Deepen understanding of regional business processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between regional stakeholders and global process owners to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Work closely with global Business Process Owners to define global standards aligned with industry best practices.
  • Drive implementation of global best practices and standards within regional operations.
  • Support plant master data transformation and engage with the TITAN Transformation program to ensure technical solutions reflect global standard business processes.

What skills and capabilities will make you successful?
  • Proficiency in using process mapping software and ERP systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Transportation tools and process optimization methodologies.
  • Excellent communicator with stakeholder management abilities.
  • Understanding of regional business dynamics and cultural nuances.
  • Up to 50% travel
