Exciting Opportunity Alert! Join our GSC Digital Transformation Team as a Regional Business Process Owner for Customer Satisfaction & Quality! Contribute to standardizing business processes across North America and be part of Schneider Electric's growth journey.

What will you do?

  • Develop a deep understanding of regional business processes and identify optimization and automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between regional stakeholders and global process owners to ensure effective communication and alignment.
  • Utilize regional processes knowledge to define a global standard aligned with industry best practices.
  • Drive the implementation of global best practices and standards within regional operations.
  • Support plant master data transformation and engage with the TITAN Transformation program to ensure technical solutions reflect global standard business processes.

  • Proficiency in using process mapping software and ERP systems.
