What will you do?
- Develop the Data Management (PI business) in the region
- Responsible for the growth of our software portfolios through our sales teams and alliance partners to meet targets and kpi's in the respective regions
- Work closely with sales teams to develop and deploy growth programs, initiatives, and wining strategies
- Be current with all product offerings and solutions to be seen as a subject matter expert
- Ensure that all sales teams and partners are fully trained and have all the relevant tools necessary to be successful in selling our software
- Launch new products and offerings into the market with close collaboration with offer category managers
- Be able to conduct market analysis to identify gaps in the market and position our company and our offerings for success
- Responsible for the identification and implementation of strategic growth and transformation activities
- Work closely with global marketing to position our Industrial Software products and solutions as a leader in the market
- Drive Digital Customer Experience in collaboration with internal teams
- Deploy sales initiatives across all "go to markets" namely End User, OEM, Alliance IAD's and System Integrators
- Deep understanding of Segments such as WWW, MMM, CPG, O&G will be a plus
- Monthly and quarterly reporting on all sales activities in the region

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
- Degree in Engineering and or software. MBA is an asset
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing in Industrial Automation and Industrial Software portfolios
- Key expertise in Data Management and PI
- Must be able to deploy consultative selling techniques
- Experience in working with strategic partners and distributor channels
- Strategic thinker and commercial leadership
- Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to communicate at a senior level in a global environment
