Regional Business Development Manager (Industrial Software)

We are a looking for a Regional Business Development Manager to make an impact!

What will you do?

  • Develop the Data Management (PI business) in the region
  • Responsible for the growth of our software portfolios through our sales teams and alliance partners to meet targets and kpi's in the respective regions
  • Work closely with sales teams to develop and deploy growth programs, initiatives, and wining strategies
  • Be current with all product offerings and solutions to be seen as a subject matter expert
  • Ensure that all sales teams and partners are fully trained and have all the relevant tools necessary to be successful in selling our software
  • Launch new products and offerings into the market with close collaboration with offer category managers
  • Be able to conduct market analysis to identify gaps in the market and position our company and our offerings for success
  • Responsible for the identification and implementation of strategic growth and transformation activities
  • Work closely with global marketing to position our Industrial Software products and solutions as a leader in the market
  • Drive Digital Customer Experience in collaboration with internal teams
  • Deploy sales initiatives across all "go to markets" namely End User, OEM, Alliance IAD's and System Integrators
  • Deep understanding of Segments such as WWW, MMM, CPG, O&G will be a plus
  • Monthly and quarterly reporting on all sales activities in the region

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Degree in Engineering and or software. MBA is an asset
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing in Industrial Automation and Industrial Software portfolios
  • Key expertise in Data Management and PI
  • Must be able to deploy consultative selling techniques
  • Experience in working with strategic partners and distributor channels
  • Strategic thinker and commercial leadership
  • Strong leadership, coaching and mentoring skills
  • Ability to communicate at a senior level in a global environment
