For our Bussmann Division we are looking for a Business Development Manager. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for all sales activities related to Bussmann products, electrical fuses, in Spain, France and Portugal.

What you'll do:

Responsible for business development activities in region for Bussmann Products. Business development responsibility includes:

  • Market knowledge including competitor's commercial and technical competence,
  • customer knowledge and requirements,
  • market and customer mapping
  • full knowledge of Eaton product under responsibility
  • support sales teams leveraging expertise and knowledge of the product portfolio under responsibility for securing synergy with the full Eaton portfolio
  • defining strategy and segments approach according to the Eaton GoToMarket and country plans
  • be the link between business unit and sales organisation for product requirements, development, production and stock planning
  • be the specialist and technical support for customers including training and seminars, product launch activity, new product introduction.
  • Build a solid sales and marketing plan for the single countries for overachieving targets

Responsible for selling activity of Bussmann products in region and assigned countries. Responsibility to meet country/region profit plan targets. Direct selling responsibility includes:

  • Pipeline management, demand management, contracts and RFQs and pricing strategy.
  • might be responsible and sales owner for major accounts in the country/region
  • defining country tactics and actions together with local FPM and marketing for securing proper communication plans and customer information

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree, ideally Electrical Engineering; or equivalent in proved working experience.
  • 5-6 years in a similar position in sales/product marketing

Skills:

  • Local Market Knowledge
  • Technical Understanding of Electrical Equipment such as Fuses, Electromechanical switchgear, Power Supplies, Power conversion supplies, Low Voltage & High Voltage Systems
