We are looking for a Regional Business Development Lead, Cooling to make an impact! In this role, you will primarily focus on identifying, nurturing, and closing sales opportunities within the datacenter and other applications in critical cooling market within SEA. They will work closely with potential customers & partners to understand their specific needs and propose tailored cooling solutions.

What will you do?
  • Manage the new business development activities of company relating to the assigned vertical industry to achieve the company's objectives to spec in and increase win rates.
  • Make company products and services the preferred choice and trusted business partner.
  • Work with country leadership team to create strong Partner ecosystem.
  • Work closely with LOB & Presales to create battle cards for prescription and support preselling.
  • Analyze market situation, product development and pricing concerning competitors within dedicated customer & partners.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of marketing plans and targets by close monitoring and analysis of market intelligence.
  • Authorized to support sales in commercial proposals and negotiate commercial contract to / with customers, to an agreed value designated by the management.
  • Assess market studies and analyze needs and potentials, negotiations with customers.
  • Responsible to guide the sales from business leads to Business opportunity from customers.
  • Responsible for planning, marketing strategies for consultants and customers.
  • Ensure that the sales and marketing activities are effectively implemented with emphasis on long term consultant relationship.
  • Support the sales on sales and order booking for the dedicated customer accounts, consistent with the operating cost as agreed in the budgets.
  • Manage MEP consultant & expectations of consultants' requests.
  • Work with technical team to provide the most unique solution.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and growth areas.
  • Analyze customer data to improve sales strategies and product offerings.


What qualifications will make you successful?
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within the technology or datacenter industry.
  • Experience with AI/Liquid Cooling technology or product line.
  • Certifications in relevant fields (e.g., Certified Data Center Professional (CDCP)).
  • A focus on sustainability or energy efficiency in datacenter cooling solutions.
  • Strong understanding of datacenter cooling systems, technologies, and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and leadership attitude, very creative in both solutions and deal making with high energy and a passion for datacenter solutions
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
