MISSION
Within Services Line of Business, Process Standardization, Digitization & Expert Tools Chapter mandate is to design and digitize standardized global processes along the E2E customer to customer journey, as a fundamental part of Service Value proposition along the lifecycle.
With a strong expertise on Quotation Processes and Services E2E process, the Quotation Business Process Expert will have the responsibility to drive the requirements from the Squads and User's champions network, from the clarification of the business requirements up to the functional specifications, implementation in global platforms, and user's validation (UAT sign-off).
The role reports functionnaly to the global Services Quotation Process Owner, and solid line to Chapter Leader

RESPONSIBILITIES
• With large delegation of the Global Service Quotation process owner, own the enhancement roadmap of Services Quotation digital ecosystem (CPQ and Field Services Configurator - FSC) on a subset of LoB Offer Portfolio.
• Work closely with Hub teams and Squads to gather and evaluate new Offer requirements related to Configuration and Quotation; bring the E2E vision (up to Execution) of our Ecosystem, to qualify requirements and propose best process (business value driven, user's friendly, robust data flows, etc.) - write specifications and engage with Schneider Digital.
• For complex requirements, organize regular meeting with the right stakeholders (Squad / League / Country Champion...) to collect feed-back and ensure business value is met and technical feasibility; adjust with Product Owner, and Schneider Digital wherever required.
• With Quotation Process Owner, prioritize features/outcomes according to business value and user needs and ensure flow of experimentations, reviews, and feedbacks with users.
• Drive with FSC and CPQ product owner, the definition of the global test plan as well as detail list of use case that will need to be consider during the UAT for each improvement.
• Drive UAT sessions; ensure all pre-requisites are met for Users testing : global test script per improvement (looking at E2E data flows and execution impact), clear list of item to be tested with test status to make the follow-up during the testing phase, business description of item to be tested.
• Pilot the sharing sessions before each UAT to present the main improvements to the country Champion and Testers to support their preparation (document each improvement with business impact and clear explanation on how to test).
• Follow-up and communicate to the user about the status of Defect/improvement requests that have been identified during the testing phase.
• Drive the preparation of the Release Notes, and document required content for Training creation / update.
• Support Adoption teams in Services Operations Regions wherever process expertise is required.
Qualifications
Engineer and/or Business school preferred
Job Related Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in IT / Global Business Process with an international exposure if possible
Business Understanding :
Strong knowledge of Schneider Electric Services processes and Digital Ecosystem is required for this position, with
