We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate person to join the Power Systems team as a Project Manager in our Melbourne or Sydney offices.

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing solution execution projects and monitoring and managing the risks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach the tendering team to enhance technical and commercial skills.
- Manage frame agreement operations, including pricing updates and contract renewals.
- Ensure profitability and quality in all quotes submitted to customers.
- Streamline tendering processes to improve lead times and efficiency.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of technical and commercial resources.
- Foster relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to drive success.
Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in engineering or business (preferred).
- Proven experience in a technical and commercial role, ideally in Electrical Engineering.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Competent in using MS Office tools and managing diverse teams.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
