Project Flow & Coordinator Analyst

Schneider Electric Sales Excellence Team has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate/motivated individual to assume the role of Project Flow & Coordinator Analyst (PFCA) based out of our Mississauga location.

What will you do?

In collaboration with our Home & Commercial Division, Sales Teams, Forecasting Teams, Global Supply Chain (GSC), Sales Management, Finance, youwill provide analysis and coordination for the flow of orders for Canada. This will include for Made-to-Stock (MTS) and Engineered-to-Order (ETO) product offers to ensure sufficient inventory, timely delivery and excellent service to all our customers.

  • Work closely with Import Teams to ensure timely delivery of expedited Resales items.
  • Release daily orders for restricted Canada items based on customer expedites and prioritization list.
  • Conduct daily and weekly reviews of plant production flow at different factories.
  • Collaborate with the Adaptation Center on modified product expedites and provide updates to sales.
  • Manage product expedites from for the specified product types.
  • Collaborate with Logistics teams to resolve problem order releases using various systems.
  • Plan and discuss schedule needs with plant flow controllers, expediting customer orders for specific breakers, maintaining daily update files, and providing feedback to sales on production issues.

In addition to the previous responsibilities, you will also be involved in Project Management/Coordination Initiatives, which may include:

  • Coordinating with the Home & Commercial Solutions Offer Management team and Global Supply Chain to understand products and required volumes for temporary manufacturing production output to third party organizations in Canada.
  • Producing and managing a Scope of Work, ensuring correct drawings of products and technical specs are provided to the third party manufacturer, and aligning with Procurement regarding the third party manufacturer.
  • Coordinating with Engineering teams to properly certify third party organizations and managing samples of products for testing with Schneider standards team.
  • Managing production, delivery, payment, and invoicing of the products to Schneider Electric.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics or other relevant discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in a production/inventory/demand planning field.
  • Experience in Marketing, Project Management and Supply Chain (highly preferred).
  • Experience with continuous process improvements.
  • Understanding of statistical forecasting models.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SQL & Access Database.
  • Strong analytical, statistical & data management skills
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills and an ability to derive respect from cross-functional stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • French proficiency (asset).
