Schneider Electric has an outstanding opportunity for a passionate and motivated individual to assume the role of Project Coordinator in our Calgary location.
What will you do?
The Project Coordinator, will support both the Project Managers and Quotation Specialists providing assistance in the following areas:
- Prepare approval, record and "as build" drawing packages for customers;
- Create project and quotations folders and save relevant documents;
- Manage e-mail inboxes by creating folders for projects and saving all relevant quotation documentation;
- Manage Customer complaints;
- Manage customers expedite request of stock items, tracking and Proof Of Delivery (POD) copies;
- Complete minor changes on distribution panel Product Selector;
- Complete and submit credit request per instructions provided by the project managers.

- Proficient Computer skills: MS Office (excel, word and Adobe Acrobat), experience with ERP systems.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to plan and organize effectively.
- Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
- General instructions will be provided but is expected to perform tasks independently.
