Job Title: Project Co-ordinator
Mission : Within the Digital Power Applications Centre, join the Medium Voltage Operations Projects team based in Chippenham to manage the full end-to-end process order and fulfilment process of equipment for both Schneider internal and external customers. Working closely with customers from the Distribution Network Operators sector and internal Schneider factories to meet the expected service levels of customers and achieving quality standards timeously.
Key responsibilities:
- Order fulfilment via SAP platform of customer framework agreements in accordance with forecasts generated and supporting sales to team to meet generated forecasts for the business
- Fulfilment and facilitation of customer spares and repair requests via BFO together with the shopfloor team and customer
- Liaise with Schneider factories to manage the supply and delivery of all RTU and related equipment to customers
- Manage all pricing between Schneider factories of all RTU and related equipment to the Digital Power Applications Centre and communication of all price changes across business
- Able to generate forecasts, revenue sales reports and margin calculations on a monthly basis
- Manage all customer quality cases through Bridge Front Office platform and work to resolve and close out cases with high levels of customer satisfaction

Skills and attributes:
- Previous working knowledge of SAP and Salesforce.
- Previous knowledge in an administrative role working with internal and external customers.
- Previous knowledge working in the supply chain sector within a projects sector or similar (Desirable).
- Team player, Health & Safety conscious, working to a high standard of quality.
- Interpersonal skills and able to collaborate with internal sales, projects, engineering and shopfloor team.
- High attention to detail and numerical calculations
- Fully PC & Windows Excel/Word literate
Education
Previous supply chain management experience using SAP and salesforce from a projects background / technical industry or similar.
