What's the Role About?

As a Project Portfolio Administrator, you'll be our go-to person for ensuring the quality and compliance of our project portfolio. You'll support project managers, enhance project efficiency, and leverage your analytical skills to drive data-driven decisions. Your insights will be key in optimising project outcomes and helping us execute projects seamlessly.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assisting with quality compliance and generating insightful reports.
  • Supporting project managers in following up on action items from project reviews.
  • Collecting and validating financial data to support our reporting and compliance needs.
  • Tracking project performance and communicating updates to stakeholders.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance our portfolio management processes.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field (preferred).
  • Additional Experience: 0-5 years in project portfolio management, reporting, or analysis.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the team.
    • Analytical prowess with proficiency in data analysis tools (like Excel and Tableau).
    • Organisational skills to keep everything on track!
