You will be part of the dynamic Schneider Digital - HR Technology & Employee Experience team whose mission is to "Create digital workplace of the future & Enable HR to build workforce of the future". You will be part of this team and will be responsible for the Strategy & Governance for the group.
Role mission
As a Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic direction, operational efficiency and in Cybersecurity programs for Identity and Access Management portfolio. You will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, maintenance, optimization and ensuring they align with our business objectives and deliver exceptional value to our employees worldwide.

• Providing authoritative guidance in the resolution of complex problems or issues related to critical activities for the organization: Strategic Initiatives, Programs & Projects, Operational Excellence
• Communicate the various strategies employed to deliver on our ambition for the Employee Experience & HR Digital capability.
• Develop & enforce processes and standards, educating IT & Domain stakeholders with artifacts.
• Building Trust between stakeholders by defining Strategic & Operational value & performance targets, their measurement and communication
• Governing development and implementation of measuring, reporting, and supporting ongoing decision-making services with KPIs, metrics and SLAs.

Main responsibilities
• Strategic Planning and Implementation:
o Develop and implement comprehensive IAM strategies aligned with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements.
o Define and maintain enterprise-wide identity management, access control, and directory services.
• Project Management:
o Lead IAM-related projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
o Develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage project timelines and budgets.
o Coordinate internal resources and third-party vendors for flawless project execution.
• Decision Making service:
o Preparation and support for activities intended to set strategic direction such as Leadership Workshops, Stakeholder Engagement Workshops, QBRs, and Vendor discussions.
o Provide oversight for developing and implementing measuring, reporting, and ongoing decision-making services for KPIs, SLAs for Programs, Initiatives, Operations, and Vendors.
• Communication & Change Management :
o Develop and maintain a detailed communication and socialization plan. Use effective communication channels to share key developments and initiatives within the organization.
o Develop and provide training on company-wide IAM procedures and best practices.
o Support and guide IT teams in implementing and maintaining IAM systems.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder relationships, resolving conflicts and aligning differing opinions.
• Facilitation : Managing regular executive meetings including, but not limited to, structuring of agendas, providing in-depth analysis to inform strategic conversations and track follow-through to increase accountability.
• Reporting : Ownership and oversight of strategic initiatives, including gathering, analysing, and consolidating data to produce comprehensive and insightful reports.
Qualifications
Skills and experience
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in IAM strategy development and implementation.
o 6+ years of experience with 2+ years in IT leadership positions of expanding responsibility.
o Strong project management experience, preferably with a PMP certification.
- Experience with IAM tools and technologies (e.g., Active Directory, Azure AD, Saviynt).
- Skills:
- Excellent understanding of security fundamentals and IAM processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
