Position Summary
  • Deliver value to customers while maintaining a clear view on customer needs and business objectives
  • Represent the customer and communicate the vision of the product
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders (customers, commercial, plant, internal sponsors)
  • Partner with League Leaders to set priorities and drive the strategic intent of the product
  • Create a collaborative environment through effective leadership


Roles & Responsibilities
  • Define value proposition and set offer strategies
  • Spend time with customers and stakeholders to identify value drivers
  • Gather and analyze customer needs and collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Evaluate and drive the strategic value of the offer
  • Lead and contribute to the customer engagement strategy
  • Prioritize and communicate the team's backlog and establish the release roadmap
  • Build the release plan and global roadmap according to technology, feasibility, budget, and resources
  • Define the sprint strategy and achievement criteria
  • Support the Squad to deliver on sprints and act as obstacle troubleshooter
  • Periodically review customer demo feedback to assess new needs

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and t least 5+ years of product development experience, or 5 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Experience working with Data Center customers
  • Experience presenting to customers and their leaders, and experience in saying 'No' when required
  • Experience in successfully building and leading teams in a matrix environment
