• Assist the Sales force by providing a high-level product expertise and knowledge of Automation products (Variable speed drives,APM, PLCs and HMIs) to generate business growth in industry market
• Promote our automation products towards the industry market and contribute to increase Schneider Electric market share.
• Support customers in developing PLC and HMI applications & by mastering Drives applications & product configuration
• provide technical support to all SE channels partners
• Understand the Variable Speed Drives , PLCs & HMIs Market Applications, Customer Needs to provide support on application development and advice optimized solutions for the technical issues and problems of the client
• Train customers, access channels and Sales teams on products and applications
• Closely work with the offer Managers & support with development of the relevant Demos required
• Prescription and Education of customers on application advantages
• Identify projects and consult on proper market application.
• Assist with quoting, designs, system start-up, hardware and software training, and troubleshooting
• Help develop and Manage Contracts and Projects and help to coordinate between Access channel and Customers
• Develop technical and commercial argumentation for sales people
• Consistent updating of literature and promotional tools for industry customers
• Report monthly about his activity to the Marketing Manager for Industry Market
• Answer all technical needs of customers
• Maintain professional and jovial relationships with customers.
Qualifications
About You
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- Demonstrated experience of at least 3 years in Industrial Automation solutions and software
- Advanced knowledge in PLC programming, graphic terminals and parameterization of servomotors and variable Speed Drives
- Knowledge of programming SWs, protocols, and communication networks.
- Passion for "Digital "& "Technology"
- Understanding of automation technologies and Standards of Drives
- Understanding of market dynamics, ecosystems of targeted channels and their business
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Military Obligations completed for male candidates
