Role Overview: As the Procurement Transformation Project Manager, you will spearhead multiple projects focused on change management, process optimization, and digital transformation. This role is designed to adapt to the evolving needs of our organization, making a significant impact on our procurement effectiveness.

Core Responsibilities:

Lead Change Management: Implement transformation initiatives within the procurement team to drive effective change.

Project Management: Plan, execute, and deliver procurement transformation projects, aligning them with our strategic objectives.

Adaptability: Tackle various responsibilities, including data management, people competencies management, compliance, ERP deployment, and other strategic initiatives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional and global teams to ensure seamless project execution and alignment on goals.

Performance Monitoring: Track program performance and make adjustments to exceed goals.

Stakeholder Communication: Present updates and outcomes to senior management, ensuring effective communication across all levels.

Foster a Collaborative Culture: Encourage agility, collaboration, and innovation within the team, empowering them to tackle challenges creatively.

Qualifications

Requirements:
  • 4-5 Demonstrated experience in change management within a procurement or similar context.
  • english advanced

- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, communication, and stakeholder management.

- Proven versatility in managing a range of procurement projects and strategies, including but not limited to people development, process implementation and digital transformation.

- Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking ability.

- Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and lead a team through transformational initiatives.

Qualifications:

- A background in procurement, change management, or a related field, with significant experience in project management and innovation.

- Degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, supporting a deep understanding of both procurement processes and project management.

- PMP Certified (desired)

- MBA (desired)

- High adaptability and flexibility, with a readiness to take on varied responsibilities as dictated by the procurement team's evolving needs.

- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of navigating complex challenges and leveraging technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
