About the role:
This position involves tasks such as handling contract administration, creating RFQ (Request for Quotation) packages, managing supplier data and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

The Procurement Sourcing Support Intern serves as a point of contact to provide the procurement administrative support to the regions/countries. The candidate should have strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-cultural teams . Act as a Functional Team Leader supporting the Team Leader by training new executives, supporting a group of executives on escalations, and balancing their workload when needed to ensure no business disruptions.
What you will do:
Your main activities would be:
- Supporting the Regional & Global Sourcing Teams by being responsible for managing the transactional activities of the Procurement Sourcing Life Cycle Process.
- Enhancing and keeping high level of data accuracy, transparency.
- Assist with preparing RFQ packages.
- Help manage purchase orders by conducting periodic reviews and obtaining necessary approvals.
- Work with internal customers to influence spending decisions in a positive manner.
- Coordinate and maintain legal documentation, contracts, and other required paperwork.
- Perform quality control checks on special orders to maintain high standards.
- Contribute to supplier business reviews and overall performance evaluations.
- Support a group of associates, serving as the first point of contact for problem-solving.
- Review KPIs, balance workload, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
What we need from you:
- Ongoing studies in Hungary, in the economic field
- Advanced English and Hungarian knowledge (fluent speaking and writing), French language knowledge is a strong plus
- You have confident digital skills, knowledge and experience with MS Office, MS Teams, and Excel (knowledge of basic formulas, able to work with data)
- You have great stakeholder management and communication skills
- As soft skills we require team spirit: collaboration skills with internal and external organization and stakeholder orientation
- This role is convenient for a student part time, without experience
- Minimum 1-year active student status
