What will you do:
• Utilize statistical techniques, explanatory and predictive modeling, and data mining to perform comprehensive business analyses.
• Develop ad hoc analyses and reports that drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to refine KPIs and success metrics, ensuring effective ongoing program evaluation.
• Analyze program adoption metrics, invoice processing trends, and supplier participation data to identify areas for improvement.
• Lead the development and maintenance of program dashboards and reports in Tableau to track performance, ensuring high data quality, integrity, and compliance.
• Provide timely ad hoc analyses to program Stream Leads to support data-driven decision-making and enhance overall program effectiveness.

• Assist in supplier onboarding analytics to ensure a seamless integration with the COUPA invoicing module.
• Leverage data insights to support change management initiatives, encouraging adoption and streamlining workflows.
Qualifications
What will help you to be successful in this role:
• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in written and oral English.
• Strong experience with Python and SQL for data analysis required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and Power Query required.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and cross-functional engagement experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving skills, self-driven / motivated individual, with a positive attitude and a proactive approach.
• Experience in data analysis within procurement, finance, or invoicing systems is a plus.
